nice video but im confused about one thing - bunker size. A big one takes only 35k of manure while fermentors keep from 100 to 400k. So basically i have to drive around all the time to keep a bunker not-empty, because it gets empty much faster than a fermentor. All this while liquid storage is like 2 mil? so i can put 2 mil slurry but only 35k manure? Am i doing somethin wrong?
How to transport methane and electricity ? So i use Modular greenhouse mod, it requires methane for hot air , and electricity for ground water , how do u transport frm bga to greenhouse
Great video but I also feel like this mod is a convoluted mess. This mod is also difficult to automate unloading with autodrive. No easy to access tipping points with the bunkers. The other thing I dislike with the bunker is the capacity of silage they hold.
Confused...why would you sell silage, hay, grass to the bga if you need it for your cows & horses. Both need grass and hay for feed? Please help me understand what the purpose is with the BGA.
I do both personally. I only have 120 cows, enough to give me the milk I need as well as slurry and manure to keep the BGA fed along with silage. It’s a fair amount of work tbh. I chop corn chaff twice a year and that gives me roughly 3.6 million L in silage, plenty to make tmr and feed the BGA. I’ve been averaging $150k a month/day from my BGA. So it’s worth it if that’s the route you want to go. Just be prepared to do the work to keep the plant fed.
All I hear is fermentation and not getting any understanding. I would like to know what I get out of the bga and what digestate is and used for? For me it seems like a bga is a big investment and a micro income, basically no use. Not really any good and straight to the point video. Explained in a simple way
Anyone got luck adding the manure system support to the central digestate storage? I am trying but it is not going so well 🥲😭 (I should add that it is my first time modding fs 22)
