A short video that shows the impact that overuse of screens has on the health and wellbeing of our teenagers.
The video was developed using the results of the 2020 Planet Youth survey and mentions that the new 2020 Guidelines for Parents booklet can be downloaded from the Planet Youth website at www.planetyouth.ie.
This latest Planet Youth survey was conducted in December 2020 with 4,478 15 and 16-year-olds in all 81 schools in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon.
