Try doing random acts of kindness on youtube, and then record them. People will think you're a nice person, and will be more likely to sub to you because of that.

I don't usually like gaming channels, but Kevin just breaks games in such a charmingly sadistic fashion that I became addicted. His videos are simultaneously massively disturbing to watch, and also utterly delightful! I applaud you sir and all that you do!
