I would just love it if, for every time Kevin said "What!? Why!? What did I do wrong? D:" It was immediately followed by a montage of what exactly went wrong starting from the latest wrong development, probably 5 minutes prior to asking the question, all the way to the creation of this channel. It's a lot to cover in a montage but context is important.

I'd say this is most likely a Covid restriction, and The Hut's shipping information page just has not been edited to reflect this. There are dozens of countries on their list that do not appear at checkout. There isn't anything Kevin can do about it unfortunately- he just happens to have a storefront run by a much larger company. This means they do typically ship to your country, which is good news for when things resume as normal, but until then you will be unable to order.
