I had all the expansions for ZT2 and I planned zoos on paper, printed out maps of real zoos and recreated them... The graphics look awesome in my memory but I just googled some images :P

@@princedizzy3506 Graphic cards in consoles (PS4 and Xbox one) are really old compared to the ones used nowadays so the graphics are really not that good on consoles compared to PC. Plus, you are stuck at 30 FPS so the frame rate is really not that smooth.

But my problem with the (I think Bornean) orangutan (or Pongo pygmaeus) is that in another trailer there was said, the game is themed for Africa, but Pongos (all three species of them) only live in Indonesia and Malaysia.. and both are known for being Asian countries :-( Except for this point, it seems to be(come) a very great game and I'm really excited to play it one time :-)

@@partyzahn7312 Its not themed on Africa, there is an african theme, you can build your zoo around. There is also a european theme, an asian one is very likely too. There will be wildlife from all the continents. Grey Wolf and Brownbear are already confirmed, these are European/American creatures.

That Lemur never skips neck day 0:18 actually it just looks a little chunky in general. It's probably greedy with its food! The detail on the orangutan's flanges is super nice and the way the eyes looks and how it looks around makes it look so alive Cheetah cubs, frogs and a vet!

Also in the vet area, there is a poster with a sloth and one with a Springbock/Oryx antilope. Thats at least a tease I would say. Why would there be posters of animals, that arent in the game.

Not gonna lie, at a quick glance, I thought the warthog was actually a barbarusa, which would've been cool and helps with both obscurity and conservative message, since they are endangered, unlike warthogs. Still love the warthog, though.

They will have other biomes (and other animals) but I think the African map is the only one that's completely done so that's why they mostly just show that

The Bornean Orangutan, Bengal Tiger, Komodo Dragon, Lesser Antillean Iguana, Green Iguana, Boa Constrictor, that Poison Dart Frog, Grizzly Bear, Timber Wolf, Galapagos Giant Tortoise and the Saltwater Crocodile are the only non-African native animals confirmed to be in Planet Zoo's intial release as of the moment

I promised myself never to pre-order any game ever, but this is my one and only exception. The Zoo Tycoon franchise and Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis were big parts of my childhood, and I’ve waited years for a true successor to ZT. It’s finally arrived. I remember first ever watching the Planet Coaster tailer and for some reason I begun tearing up. My childhood was in front of me and looked absolutely fantastic. Now, this is here and I feel the same. Just incredibly nostalgic. Man, I wish I had the specs to run these games. Can't wait to see gameplay footage from everyone though when it comes out!

This message is to everyone that wants Planet Zoo on Consoles; PS4, Xbox 1, Switch This game won't come to consoles, probably ever, just like Planet Coaster. The gamepad controls would be really bad for the piece by piece building system and the game would be very limited, look at Jurassic World: Evolution or the Zoo Tycoon game exclusive for Xbox, consoles massacred those games I know PCs that can handle games like Planet Zoo or Planet Coaster CAN be expensive, BUT! They're better than consoles in the long term, you can always upgrade the hardware unlike consoles, you can do other things than just play games! ( work, school etc. ) So please, stop asking

Today I and my husbear did the deluxe pre-order because once the game drops in November we want the deluxe version animals. I can't WAIT till Tuesday when we can finally play at least a little of this great looking game! Sadly I do have about three theme parks in Planet Coaster that will probably go on hold, and two parks in Jurassic Park Evolution that will too. I will continue with those later, right now I want to make a zoo with beautiful animals! I love what they have done and they have really outdone themselves this time! Way to go Frontier!

Dear anyone that are going to type "Console please". Don't, Console can't handle a lot of mechanic of the game. Do I need to remind you how mediocre Zoo Tycoon XBOX and Jurassic World Evolution are when compared to Zoo Tycoon 2?
