On this last night in the medieval city, we will enjoy an authentic Cassoulet, a typical dish of the region. But the adventure doesn't stop there! A freezing cold front enters France, completely changing our plans.
Doce Amada, my wife and travel partner, is super cold, and facing the cold on the bike would be crazy! So, we made a radical decision: we changed everything!
The beauty of not having many plans? The flexibility to adapt! Equipped with more thermal clothing, gloves and coats, we took the Black Panther, our adventurous bike, and headed to the next stop.

We followed the side roads, away from the busy highways. Breathtaking landscapes! The beauties hidden in the small routes are simply incredible!
An unexpected stop in Beziers presents us with a delicious surprise: a small bar/restaurant with a super friendly owner. Charlles, the owner, has been to Brazil three times and the conversation is lively!
