Regarding land requirements, I think advancements in technology are leading to a decrease in the number of solar panels needed to construct solar farms, resulting in a reduced utilization of land over time.

You ruined this video with this crappy music. Please make it again without the noice pollution. I wish more RU-vidrs would stop overwhelming people with all the back ground noise. Peace and quiet is a very valuable essence and needs to be embraced more.
