Thank you so much for sharing these recipes with us! I actually made the Strawberry Tarts (with a few twists of my own) and they were absolutely AMAZING!!!! I did add about a 1/3 cup of coconut oil though so that I didn't have to freeze them. I just refrigerated them overnight and the texture was firm and perfectly smooth! The crust was also the best!!! Thanks again for the recipes!!

Aww thank you, I'm so glad you're enjoying the videos!! 💕 You can find vegan butter (a plant-based butter substitute) at most grocery stores in the US and UK--my favorite brand is Earth Balance, but I'm not sure about its availability around the world! You can also make your own at home, this is a great recipe if you ever want to make your own: lovingitvegan.com/homemade-vegan-butter/ And if you're not plant-based, you can always use regular butter instead of vegan if you like!!
I use a Vitamix Explorian series blender that I bought used (certified reconditioned) a couple of years ago at a big discount. It still works like new and is the best blender I've ever had!
