It was time to remove the cool weather crops and sow romaine lettuce. I thinned the dill, moved chives to the bed, thinned and moved the basil, and planted the thyme that I rooted inside and potted. I’m trying bronze fennel that sprouted in the garden from last year. I plan to keep the dill and fennel pruned, harvesting the leaves. I hope it works. I’m looking forward to the lettuce.
