Planting Sorghum for Deer - How and Why | Dream Farm w/ Bill Winke 

I am starting to plant more sorghum in the food plots on the farm. The deer will leave it alone during the summer, not eating the plant itself. Then once the seed head forms, they will start to eat it. Here I talk about how I planted it and why I planted it. I am also testing a sorghum product from Whitetail Institute that they may offer in the future. Sorghum is probably the most overlooked food plot crop - it deserves more attention.
