Plasmid Reconstitution Protocol 

There are 5 steps for reconstituting the plasmid:
0:00-0:19 Step 1- Spin the tube at 5,000 X g for 5 minutes
0:19-0:24 Step 2- Add 100uL of sterile water to dissolve the DNA
0:24-0:31 Step 3- Close the tube and let it incubate for 10 mins at room temperature
0:24-0:37 Step 4- Briefly vortex the tube and then do a quick spin to concentrate the liquid at the bottom
0:37-0:43 Step 5- Resulting DNA can be used for sequencing, PCR, subcloning, or transfection
