Superb job. Look forward to watching your plastering video. Now really stupid question: In USA they use skim material more like artex (softer). What are the reasons in this country for sticking with traditional harder plasters (good on the stairs, front door areas though). I am thinking about amateurs, and repair/mod jobs in asking this question (yours is a really professional new build, so the traditional makes sense). Thanks again.

We have the magnetic plaster on a pillar in our kitchen to make it a useful space. We painted it with magnetic paint also for a blackboard finish though this paint doesn't have much affect on its own.

BLWP.. yes ! Rodian another masterpiece and I don’t mean the plaster . Loved the editing as ever but took it to next level . That’s a seriously big house when you show room by room 🤩🤩. 9/7/22 today hope the legs are in good shape buddy 🥵🧱👍🏼

I’m taking up bricklaying in college. It looks so cool. It took me ages to choose what to do as I was nervous in making a decision that could affect the rest of my life. Watching your videos is helping me discover the skills i need to succeed. So hopefully, if I’m successful enough I will use these skills to build my own house one day.

Хората са удивителни, когато правят нещо смислено. Да построиш почти сам къща, било като аматьор било като профисионалист е удивително. Тухлените къщи от този тип изглеждат много хубаво. Един съвет при шпакловането - като слизате от стълбата внимавайте да не стъпите в кофата с гипса, че се чисти трудно.

The magnet plaster looks cool, one thing what makes it work? I would have thought some form of metal, if so how does it prevent conductivity and could itset of a standard damp meter?
