Thanks for sharing this video. So given the standard requirement of mason and Labourer delivering 12*24ft of plastered wall a day, did you give out the plastering work on contact basis to the masons or you paid them for each day's work? What was the pros and cons of the approach you adopted.
It was given as a contract. The standard requirement was a guide in my negotiations with them. If you go with the payment for a day's work, you may end up paying for more days for the scaffolds rental. You can, however, go with the daily payment if you have your own scaffold and funds are limited. But the cost of labour will not reduce

@@Lerwincel nice work! In your previous video EP. 18, you said workmanship cost was for plastering inside, outside and floor. Strongly suggest to make changes in the description to outside only. Other ppl might be taking notes too.

It will depend on the dimensions of the building. Four bags of cement will usually plaster a standard 12 x 12 feet room so you can do the math for the entire building
