I plasti dipped a set of wheels over 5 years ago and they still look great. Have washed them the same as if they were painted. The key is to get the wheels perfectly clean before spraying them and use about 3/4 to 1 full can per wheel and let the coats dry a bit before applying the next coat.

You said your Jeep is always dirty... have you had some issues with sunroof? Like water filtration ... btw your plasti dip looks very good for 4 years on wheels
