Plater Addon Guide: Settings, Scripts, and Mods! 

Do you know how to get rid of the white horizontal bar that is on all nameplate health bars when an absorb is present? I would like to see the amount it is absorbing, but I do not like the constant white horizontal bar showing up.

I'd love to start scripting some custom mods in plater, but the UI is complete garbage. I wish it they outlined some clear directives on where I'm supposed to code and how to apply it.

Hi there, very nice guide!!! i have one question, i have friendly player nameplates bright green but when friendly player is in combat it changes to dark green is it possible to turn if off? and keep the same colour when is in combat and out of combat? Thanks.

how do i raise the nameplate on mobs higher or drop it down? i downloaded someone's profile and its on enemy's head, way too low.

Hey, do you happen to know if it's possible to blacklist specific spells? Things like Shoot and Hack etc, I'd prefer not to see them.

I don't actually know why most of the settings aren't doing anything.

guys i've been looking for this for ages: - how to make Plater show the ACTUAL health of the mob/player? I mean, I want to see the full Health, for example 16721 instead of 16,7K. Is it possible? Pleae help it's driving me nuts!

Thank you for the great walkthrough. I love Wow so much because of the customization but boy it is ALOT when you come over these things for the first times. Without people like you it would be impossible for new players (or even Veterans) to set up these addons

Hardcore question: I want to make mobs ONE LEVEL above or higher to be obvious - I've died by simply hitting a yellow numbered mob - only to find it was two levels above and was able to nuke me with fast casted fireballs.

A short question, I saw some weakauras items marked as Plater Mods, does that mean only installing addon Plater that item shall be allowed to import to weakauras?

I have a question. I'm trying to load an existing profile and adjust some things. Things with "*" behind the setting keep resetting when loading. Is it possible to turn this off or save a new setting? Eternaly grateful if you can help.

I hate plater so much. I cannot for the life of me get them to STOP stacking. Tried everything. In wow settings, in gen of plater, and auto of plater. I just give up. When I turn them off I have no plates now. Ty plater! Tried ALL the cvar stuff too.

Hey guys, whenever I enter a dungeon/mythic...the nameplates for friendly players just vanishes and I'm left with the standard blizzard nameplate...but only for friendly. Any ideas?! Thanks :D

Is it possible to hide enemy pet nameplates or some of them? I hate to play agaisnt demo lock in arena there are 6734983479 pets and i see nothing from the nameplates. Hi! I have been trying very hard to change my actual plater config's font, like you have, been I have been unable to no matter what I try. Is there a mod or addon you used to do it? Mine is stuck in 2002 bold and overlaps in some sections.

i play a tank as a main and im wondering, is there a way that i can make the nameplates smaller when i have threat on enemies and normal size or larger, when i dont have threat on a mob? playing WotLK classic atm

Man before DF, importing profiles was perfect. Now I import profiles and they all look the same like the one you imported in the video. Better pixel perfect doesn’t look like that so I don’t know how to fix it

currently in WOTLK arena i struggle with the snake trap of hunters. The HP bars of the snakes are way to big. Any way i can remove or make critter hp bars very small with plater?

How do I interact with the bar? I used to be able to do mouseovers with tidy plates. Can Plater do the same? As opposed to "mouse-overing" the target's character itself.

I'm here because my plater isn't acting right after the update. What annoys me most is I can't see class colors or differentiate between friendly and enemy players. They're all in that hard to read purple/blue text

Hi, thanks for the video. It's helped me get things set up. I was wondering if you know if there is a way to make the clickable part of a bar bigger. I'm an old fart and like my bars a bit bigger then average but the area in the bar that I can click on to target mob is smaller then the bar and its triggering me. How can I make plater show my healing spells on friendly nameplates?

Maybe someone can help me, on Plater i want to see my party or raids name but not the health bar, any way to remove the health bar? ive tried different settings but cant figure it out. Thanks in advance.

is there a setting to make it so the nameplates hop around so much? For example: 10 mobs are being aoed, they're all moving around a tiny bit so the nameplates keep getting shuffled for me and I often misclick the right target due to this.
