A fun weekend away in the mountains staying at Petit Palais hotel in Platres. This is a great hotel in the middle of platres and walking distance to most things.
Wine tasting at LAMBOURI winery, we had called them before arriving and booked a wine tasting and platter’s. They were very helpful and advised the best time for us to arrive so we didn’t arrive the same time as any Coach parties, when it’s really busy. The wine tasting was great and we were told a lot of information about the wine, the grapes and the production of each wine and ask any questions we may have.
We ended our day with a great meal at Skylight restaurant, I would highly recommend this restaurant.
It was much cooler ( but still warm ) in Platres and we had a great weekend in the mountains.
