Yes. It works with most phones. My Pixel 7 Pro does not output to hdmi

Doesn't work with my Samsung A14 to TCL tv. Do you have setup the TV and/or phone a certain way?

It does not work on all phones. My Pixel phone does not work, either.

Try it. It should work as shown in the video. Audio comes out of the TV speakers.

I connected my phone to my car dvd player the phone screen pops up on the dvd screen but I can't access or play anything any suggestions does it stream or do I have to download first?

We used to be able to play downloaded RU-vid videos on our tv through an hdmi cord but it no longer works. Do you have any idea why?

ls it only RU-vid videos, or does nothing show up? Have you tried a different cable or TV to test? It could be an update is needed or an update changed a setting.

I have the j5create c to hdmi. Worked fine with my S10. Now i have Samsung A15 and tv screen is blank. I cant remember what setting i had to turn on my phone last time. What setting on my phone do i need to turn on?? I cant find the answer anywhere.

It should just work, no setting on the phone. Are you sure you have the correct HDMI selected on the TV?

Hi! Thanks for the video. I have a problem though: my phone appears on the tv screen, but it is not my phone screen as i see it on my phone; plus, i can play the netflix movie on my phone, but it doesn't show on the tv screen - which just stays still with this modified image of my phone. Any idea? Thanks!

As mentioned at the end of the video, this doesn't work for all phones, nor all TVs. If it doesn't work for you, you need to research your phone and your TV to see if there's some other setting that will make it work.

I have a c-type port on my phone and HDMI port on my TV. I have a c-type to HDMI cable so the phone can directly connect without an adapter but nothing happens when I connect apart from a Samsung Dex pop-up on my phone which doesn't do anything. What's wrong with the setup?

What kind of phone? and what model? Then google for that and 'does it support HDMI?" Lots of phone models do not.

A late response, but you need an adapter. A usb-c cable can't transmit audio/video like an HDMI can, so even if you have a connection on both ends, you still need the adapter to get it to work.
