Hangman is probably the *only* deadly game you could challenge me to where my reaction would be "let's fuckin do this" rather than just an extended catatonic panic attack.

That's really tough. You'd have to win 10 times in a row to get everyone out alive, it'd require some insane luck. Given the sort of "content" this is though, it's not exactly supposed to be fair so I'd say that's appropriate. I hope the dev does expand on this, I can see a more involved version being quite interesting.

For anyone whose family is on the line currently and suck at hangman, I got a tip for ya! Use the phrase "Sarah is not teal." It holds the 10 most common letters used in the entlish alphabet! Even if those 10 letters are not in use, there's only 14 other letters to guess, if need be! For any other language speakers... I dunno, you're crap outta luck. I don't have any advice 💀

Manly doing only consonants while there were 2 words without vowels just... The dad did NOT have to die. But seriously, the screen wobbling is INCREDIBLY frustrating. And definitely makes the game unnecessarily difficult for people with any kind of hand issue like tremors. I hope that there's an accessibility setting for that...

So idk who will see this but i think the swaying isnt just to represent anxiety, like our hands are shaky and our breathing heavy, I think similar to our family we have a camera on our head. The weight is causing their head to sway. The players POV isnt the protag, its the "GoPro" set up in their head.

Kendrick Lamar did say “I see dead people” in his song, but he refers to a scene in the movie The Sixth Sense. It’s the scene where a little boy tells his dad (?) he can see spirits walking amongst them. But I did read both phrases in Kendrick’s voice 😂

_Tense word games_ Depending on how much you like your family. If you are a fan or scrabble, hangman, or even Wheel of Fortune, it's not difficult. I liked the concept. The motion as tho you are bobbing on a boat was a little odd - I don't get seasick, but between that and the lack of backspace and the uncommon keyboard, it became much more difficult.

Omg, I got so frustated by Manly not going for vowels on hangman. I was the entire time screaming "JUST HIT E!!! "😂

You need to put a lot more thought into your letter guesses. If you have a two letter word, for example, that severely limits the possible words. Also, every two letter word has at least one vowel (including 'y'), so you should probably be trying to get those. Also, just in general, you should be pretty focused on the vowels. I think Wheel of Fortune threw up the five most common letters in the alphabet (another important thing to keep in mind), and then let you pick more, but only one vowel. Any restriction they place should be considered for its possible benefits.

I just really respect how you just make content and have fun and you’ve found success doing so for such a long time now. I aspire for that level of perceived enjoyability in what I do professionally. I say perceived because even though I’ve been a fan for a long while I feel like I know you when obviously I don’t. the game looks nice visually and the concept is pretty well executed. it's unfortunate the the gameplay is ruined by the dizzying camera. I guess they wanted to capture the horror of a child's perspective. it would be nice if the interface didn't intentionally incite "mistakes" as if your character is drunk trying to recite the alphabet backwards. if the core gameplay is too easy, all it takes is making it feel good.

In the hangman game you should always start at least with 2 or 3 vocals. After those 2 or 3 usually you can tell if there might be another one or just leave it there. And start with the consonants
