*AND IN THE PS4 YOURE PLAYING PC EMUALTOR WHO EMUALUT A PHONE THAT PLAYS WII U THAT PLAYS GAMCUBE THAT PLAYS MINECRAFT AND THAT PLAYS SWITCH THAT USES A XBOX CONTROLLER TO PLAY PS4*
Hopefully he's banned on both platforms because showing his half a million subs how to do this and encouraging any sort of jailbreaking or hacking is just ridiculous. There's a million different proper android devices to stream ps4. There's no need to hack and ruin your expensive switch because this putso uploaded a how to
I don't consider this playing PS4 games on the Switch, as it's streaming PS4 games to the Switch to be more accurate. Local via wifi may be OK, but doing it remotely will chole for most people due to how slow their upload speeds are.
Well, you're still playing it on the switch though. So using your logic, if you use cast a movie to a tv, your not watching it on the tv, you're just streaming it? You see how retarded it is.
Remote play is a fun option via phone/tablet to play stuff in another room. They deff can be set up to tunnel outside of your home remotely with spotty results..deff decent enough for turn based type games. Love modding but would definitely be cool to have licensed remote-play apps on the Switch Store. Everyone would benefit. Would also be nice if the consoles could behave as their own streaming servers(outside of LAN) with easy setup..with the option of paying a premium to play whatever game you're interested in from a first-party remote cloud nearest to you for better performance. All this would benefit companies and gamers in unifying their experiences..while still allowing each platform to have their own isolated stores/platforms.
@@labduabdu Calling it as it and how bad and dumb the remark was. Yes Nintendo wants switches out there to make money. No they dont want hacked switches because other than the console sales they dont see a dime in game sales due to piracy . This is why than instantly ban hacked switch consoles. Common sense. Technically this infringes on Sony's hardware and software patents. Want go all the way Sony could try to sue Nintendo if they actually wanted and tried to do this themselves.
you should mention that doing this will not only void your warranty, ban your switch from all online services (EVEN ESHOP!), ban you from any online game, and you will brick your whole system if you ever update.
They already blocked this by releasing a new switch. No exploits have been found for the new switch yet so hacking it to run android isnt possible yet. They cant really block the older switches because of the nature of the exploit. which is why nintendo released the new switch with it patched. its hardware related
@@mike21cod "they" are not. Only firmwares 8.0.1, which is very rare on switch lite has an exploit which MAY be released eventually. It also can never do this as it would be a software hack. So no, and team xecuter is not doing that either, they are trying I'm sure, but if it happens it will take years.
It's weird cause...I don't have a switch and don't want one but watch all your videos. I just like seeing someone passionate about something. Very interesting
The PS4 is more powerful than the Switch, and the way software is made in the ps4 is totally different than the switch software, that's why you don't have an emulator that can play every consile in the world, also, that I know, there are no ps4 emulators yet, so no way you would run ps4 games from the switch, but the whole streaming games from a ps4 is quite a good idea, plus 5G is comming and all so imagine being in the bus, taking out your switch from your bag, and playing some GoW, too bad the joycons wouldn't work perfectly, quite weird, would it work if he used 3rd party joycons ?
I'm glad you investigated this option. Now everyone knows not to do it, but its still great you investigated it. Obviously, it would make 10x more sense to jailbreak a psvita.
It is possible but not reliable. 1. You have to be close to the PS4 in order for it to work properly 2. The PS4 graphics on certain games doesn’t match the graphics on the Switch. 3. You cannot play on handheld mode.
I’ve had my PC, xbone, and ps4 setup to stream to all my devices for years and it’s the greatest thing ever. I’d love to see Steam Link and such come to the Switch, since it would be the ideal option. Now that iOS supports ps4/xbone controllers it’s a heck of a lot better. But the switch would be perfect.
just set up chiaki on my switch and it works amazing and with the joycons as its just a nro file no need for added software like android, also plays at 720p at 60fps
Question. Can you play ps4 games like Battlefield 5, war thunder and call of duty ww2 game? In Battlefield 5 do you download the patches to play for example the german campaign?
I'm not really a PS fan but I have gotten PS Now for a month to play God Of War, persona, etc. And I think xcloud would be perfect on switch, since Microsoft and then are already pretty tight. I think if these companies come together it'd be better for all of us
"You could use a handheld like this to be able to access stream-able content, especially video games. And i think that is something really worth considering." Guess he never heard of the Playstation Vita.
Sony and Microsoft cannot compete with Nintendo in the hand held department. They should wake up and allow something like this with Nintendo. It's a win-win for all
@@MiguelSantos-kc6vw Support? I'm not sure what you mean by that. All I was saying is if Google Stadia teamed up with Nintendo to stream their games on the switch that would ultimately make the perfect console imo
Not everyone has a Vita. In particular, not every Switch owner has a Vita. Ditto for PS4. But there is a cross section of Switch owners and PS4 owners who don't also have a Vita, that this could be of interest to. If you don't see a reason to do this on your Switch, then don't do it. Pretty simple.
Are u gonna use xcloud on switch it seems it would be better considering you don’t have to have the Xbox on like ps remote play and may work with the sticks I’m curious
Modern vintage gamer had Nintendo lawyers all over him last year and his switch homebrew videos. Expect the same to happen to you sadly. Streaming red dead redemption 2 or GTAV from my PC to the is pretty dope though.
It’s because the controls are permanently attached and you cannot use the special tool that is placed on the right rail for the right Joy Con because it doesn’t have one.
@@PedalPoopers No, it doesn't. It runs pretty rock solid on Switch. Visuals are downgraded of course, but it's far from what I'd call "horrible". ARK looks AND runs horrible, but that's ARK, it looks and runs horrible even on high end PCs. I have The Witcher 3 on PC and on Switch, my PC is capable of playing it with all the bells and whistles turned on, well beyond what the PS4 and XB1 are capable of, and I have no complaints about how it looks on the Switch.
If you live in a small apartment maybe not as practical, but any moderately sized house this can be very practical when you have a PS4 on the living room/game room TV, but you want to play outside or in your bedroom or in the bathroom, or if you just want to play some games while your family watches TV, etc. And I don't know if PS4's remote play (or in particular this 3rd party PS Streamer app) can stream over the internet, but if you have a PC capable of gaming (Windows, Linux or Mac) there's the Steam Link app on Android, does the same thing for PC gaming, and it can also stream over the internet so you can play your PC games from anywhere provided you keep your PC on when you're away from home, and you have good internet connection both at home at wherever you are remote. My home internet only has 15Mbps uplink, but it's enough, and I've streamed from my PC at home, on my cellular 4G/LTE connection and over at a friend's on their wifi.
Haven't tried it, but probably yes. The only reason you can't use bluetooth headsets on Switch is because the Switch OS doesn't have drivers for them. There's no technical reason other than Nintendo just hasn't allowed them yet.
