I still have a faulty cube with the common laser issue laying around somewhere. Perhaps give this mod a go.

...if it does, no big deal, I'll just buy a copy and keep another ntsc gc. This is still a great value. I'm just wondering if that's real time, or just like a slow motion replay?

@MikeyDunksMusic I have noticed zero slowdowns since using it. I was probably just controlling the kart wrong. 😂

The mod works on all gamecube models. I am from a pal country as well.
