Well, Equality roleplay is the server for you! To start roleplaying please click the first link in the description which should take you to their discord server. Equality Roleplay offer many departments such as the civilian department, the Law enforcement department, FIRE/EMS and Dispatch, with many subdivisions within each department. For example, as a civilian you can engage in gang activity, open businesses and find jobs. Similarly, within LEO are subdivisions such as the SWAT Team and air support.
Their network consists of more than 5,000 members, so you will have the opportunity to Roleplay in active sessions and interact with new players everyday.
Again, to join please click the first link in the description, which will direct you to their HQ. You must then read the how to join channel and head to the role select channel to select your desired roles. As soon as your roles have been selected, you will be notified about trainings and they will include all the information you need. When a training starts, you must join the awaiting training voice channel and wait to be moved to the training voice rooms. Their recruitment process is very quick unlike other servers, and you will be able to start roleplaying on the same day you join! Thanks to their active staff team.
