Just wanted to say just in case they don't figure it out. The reason the banshee fuel rod doesn't work is that, like all fuel rods, it comes out as a cube so when the banshee fires it is faster than the cube and blows itself up.

That's what kept screwing Ray up. Probably subconsciously trying to boost away, forgetting CE didn't have boost and that shot your Fuel Rod.

I just played the mod again, and I flew a Flappy Banshee into a Hunter cube and it exploded, not deleted me like every other vehicle. You could be right.

For anyone wondering about the flood in the first 5 minutes ... Michael throws a d20 grenade at 3:37, which summons a flood with a blunderbuss, visible at 3:43 and 3:45 ... the flood then shoots a grunt, which causes both of them to fly off the bridge in opposite directions at 3:48. All of this happens without either noticing until Gavin mentions the green blood. Incredible.

Nice. The Battery Rifles heat and wind up are displayed on the gun screen. The little fire is heat, the circles are rate of fire speeding up. If it turns red then it's about to explode. Have fun in The Library.

loving this playthrough, all the reactions and messing around with the different variants of the guns are hysterical also pretty sure that the Banshee's fuel rod cannon is shooting the Cubes like the hunters but since you're moving so fast u run into it immediately

I thought you get deleted when you touch the cube. All other vehicles have their drivers killed and themselves launched when they touch those cubes. Could the Banshee bomb be a cube, but without that lethality?

So at one point, Gavin was armed with an Inconvienent Rocket Launcher and a throwing pistol while Michael was in a flappy banchee while enemies were spinning in the ghosts. Every single video in this entire Cursed Halo Mod Series has left me ugly crying I'm laughing so hard.

Don't think so. I don't think either of them tried pressing left trigger at all because in some games the machine gun turret has it's own seat.

It always surprises me how whenever I see people playing through this they don't realise the banshee is firing a fuel rod and because it's the cursed fuel rod the banshee is flying like 50 times faster than the quad laser so it's just instantly flying into it's own block XD

Yeah that's normal for SPEEN Ghosts, and the Scorpion Tank weights 66 tons canonically so it doesn't exactly turn on a dime normally, but once it's going it rolls pretty okay.

The banshee cannon I think is a fuel rod shot...which is a cube...which you immediately run into and detonate. It's useless except MAYBE at point blank range.

The upcoming cutscene in the middle this next level on meeting the Flood for the first time, is the absolute must-not-skip! This is why they say to not really skip the cutscenes on this cursed Halo mod. Also they haven't noticed yet that in every cutscene where Master Chief usually has an Assault Rifle, because it's his iconic favorite. Is now replaced with the Blunderbuss Shotgun in cursed Halo.

Careful when you get to Two Betrayals, that level has a glitch where it sometimes doesn't give you a checkpoint after a certain point, and it is one of the longest levels
