Painting and art is very relaxing satisfying can trigger ASMR and help relieve anxiety stress and depression and help you sleep and make you feel calm and happy in the heart ❤️ I find painting and art extremely productive and positive. I mainly use oil paints but do use acrylic to and do the occasional sketch or drawing . All round I love art and especially like the wet on wet technique done by Bob Ross and Bill Alexander. I like mainly to create beautiful scenery paintings but I don’t mind trying other pictures . I purchase my materials , mediums paint mainly on Amazon and the links are above.
