Depsite being such an inflexible tank, it honestly is my favorite. The spotting mechanic is what (in my opinion) enables this to be the "perfect light". You know when your spotted through a bush in spotting runs. You know when your spotted after sniping a tank. Sure the playstyle is a bit toxic, but I've noticed that the most effective way to play this tank is like a little "b*tch". You get an annoying early shot in at the start, then your run to the back, and you farm. Doesn't work all the time, but that one time you farm a Maus for full knowing your not detected, it feels damn nice. (Honestly it's kinda just PC wot gameplay.)
@@bf0019 the thing is that your teammates need to distract the heavies so that you are able to flank with the other lt or mt(but a average team is hard to find)
Yeah eu is different. That tells you something, more players playing it in eu probably. Either that or the different skill level records on that specific tank for the past few weeks
Honestly I don't mind rocking tanks with poor gun depression. The whole playstile is all about getting your gun flat. Sure it's a limitation but it's not uncomfortable. You don't cross the ridges and play on flat terrain. You can also use the exceptional mobility on these (wz121 as well, t62, obj140) to constantly look for an optimal position.
Hi Droodles! How come you use the equipment that lowers the cooldown and not the one that improves the duration? I am using the less cooldown with long reloads and longer duration with fast reloading as it seems "logic".
i use cooldown on heavies or 1 repair kit tanks for repair kits to return quicker but other than that i use improve duration on meds or lights because the dpm shines for longer plus you dont get hit or tracked as much
I’ve been using protective kit, food, and fuel for years. and just a week or so ago, you finally convinced me to put on double food instead of protective kit. and now you switch to protective kit. guh.
Enjoyed the grind, the line is not "amazing" nor out of this world but if you know how to play lights this tank is enjoyable. Honestly the problem is that the Sheridan, Bat-Chat, Vickers and T100LT lines have "funnier" mechanics such as derp guns, being a hybrid medium, a clip and tracers/smallest size, Weegee should have given all of them spaced armor like the tier 10, that way the line would have someting going for it aside from the camo mechanic.
Hot take here: the "nerf" to the WZ is semi justified. Let's compare this with the Vickers. The Vickers after the changes has around 3350 dpm. The WZ, because you now have enough pen to run rammer. Thus you have 3250, not bad. The higher alpha makes it to you can trade with lights, and poke shoot more effectively (and ability) imo makes this tank at least on par with Vickers. Same story with the t100-lt. Nevertheless, it's still a dumb change. If it was gonna get 3200 dpm, imo the alpha should be 400. It would make it enjoyable especially with the aiming time. I just wanted to say that it's not as bad as people think and it should still perform okay. (In meta though, with every med seemingly having 3500 dpm, and compared with the batcha, it sucks) Quick note on the 121b as well, no I don't think it makes this tank irrelavent. One of the playstyles of this tank is sniping, and having that light tank camo + indicator is what makes it so effective.
The nerf isn't semi justified. All the other light tanks are pretty much just better, before the update and definitely after the update. The only good thing about this tank was it's DPM. Now it doesn't have that. It has literally nothing going for it now
@@iidoughnutholes3087 I should probably clarify this thanks, I meant peek-a-boo shooting (which, with this tank's mechanics, is essentially the whole point of this tank) Also I mean, it definitely helps trading, you still gotta win medium side one way or another.
@@billybob5923 1. check out fatness's opinions on it you can see his last stream 2. In which way are they better? Sure, batchat is pretty busted, but you can literally out trade every single light except for sheri which you can still easily out dpm (+ most mediums). 3. It still has 3250 dpm, fellas its not that bad. 4. Guess what, now it has *alpha*, that's the "good" thing about this tank. Out damages (some of these by a LOT): t-62a obj-140 obj 907 vickers t-100lt batchat 30b... you get the point.
No, fatness was wrong. He would've performed better using the old gun. Every time he fired he was firing continuously, meaning that DPM was needed. He was just excited because he was getting lucky rng
