You are the type of mom I love. You know that kids on a flight can be a nightmare - both for the parents and the rest of the passengers. Keeping them entertained is essential for a peaceful flight. If iPads do, I say thumbs up. But you going the extra mile and preparing metal lunch boxes is just the bees' knees. That's why I love this channel - great job!

My mom always packed my sisters and I each a "surprise bag" that we couldn't open until we were at the airport terminal. It had things like coloring books, magazines, mini travel games, etc. in it (as well as snacks) and it always made us excited to get to the terminal to see what mom had picked out for us!

I'm not a little kid, but this is so totally cool Playing with small toys is very relaxing to me at my age. I don't think I could get away with them on an airplane though, and need a much tinier kit but you give me ideas. Your kids are totally delightful.

Some tips that might teach your child while having fun in a flight : 1 . Give them 100 Cheerios or fruit loops and make them count all of them then they can eat them 2 . If your kid is learning fractions this is a very helpful tip : Bring a sandwich and make them cut it into half’s of equal pieces 3. If your kid is learning multiplication this is very helpful : Bring some small toys and put a certain amount of toys in their hand and ask them “how much would it be if I gave you (number) times more than this?” I hope these tips are helpful , have a safe travel

We travel with stickers and small containers of play doh. When my son was younger I’d have a small $1 toy wrapped for every hour. If he was good at the end of every hour he got to unwrap a new surprise. He still asks for that every trip even though he’s old enough to behave.

Back when my parents took our family on trips, planes were to expensive, so we packed lots of blankets and pillows and in our seats we would make forts and play card games. Oh the memories❤️❤️

Hot glue does NOT like to stick on cool magnetic surfaces. you could use command strips (not sure if that's the same name in the US) or even super glue if you want the large lego piece to stay on the lunchbox. if you or Ross are feeling really handy, the screws that are flat on each end would be great as well! :)

Why do EACH of the kids have their OWN ipads one is 3 and one is 5 or 6

it was Megan but I got a black screen a few mins then a clip of a video w/ no audio then black screen again then another clip if the video but w/ audio and that's how the rest of the video went for me black screen then clips from video w/ audio.
