Great to see you both! Pat and I are back in Florida. We bought land and soon the RV will be gone. It got to be too much to maintain, drive, gas. That said probably not as much as the LAND we bought.

We had planned a caravan back in 2020 and it was obviously cancelled due to Covid. This was a few people from that caravan that we asked to join us for an adventure. It's not something we plan on doing again, I don't think.
