that is exactly how they are. i was in cartegenga 15 days non stop harassment on the bocagrande beach, playa blanca beaches and by the clock tower. you can’t enjoy the beach. he is not even getting it that bad on the video. one time i had 6 of those mofos on me at one time doing exactly what that girl did in the video. one guy i met georgia put hands on one of them when they won’t go away lol. vendors are out of control over there. i find saying nothing to them at all and shaking your head no and waving 👋 hands in a no gesture works the best and i was able to save my voice from talking to them so much. as soon you start to talk with them they feel they have a chance to change your mind

if you go to a private and not those public beaches like bocagrande and playa Blanca you won’t get harassed by the vendors. but you got to take a boat ride to those private beaches
