I noticed that as well. I think it’s because it’s during the day. If I remember correctly the last time he did a day time concert was his return at Lollapalooza 2021, and he was singing a lot more during that. I think night time you can get away with it because it’s the vibe and energy that matters. Daytime is much harder cause you’re more exposed, but can still pull off a good show.

Nah he just started making music in a different genre . Trap metal has been around for years before carti. He's just the most mainstream example of this type of music . Listen to some ScarLxrd or some ghostemane . He just kind off hopped on there style really

ScarLxrd is inspired by Xxxtentacion hence the Xs in his name . If you really wanna trace it back it goes all the way back to limp bizkit , slipknot , linkin Park an all the other Nu Metal bands in the 90s that started fusing metal and Hip Hop .
