It's probably been in a fridge in a container. It should have started to form a rind. Hypothetically if it contains an active culture and the office temperature didn't fluctuate too much, the cheese in the center of the cheese could still be edible. They should have it tested. Certain microbes break down and preserve foods to keep them edible and create some wonderful flavors. I wonder what fermented foods the grumps have tried.

He's not totally wrong, the cartilage does disappear long before the bones break down, hence why there's often no nose septum on human skeletons. But he's wrong on the fact protruding bones are indicative of cartilaginous extensions x)

I love how they kept calling it “head wings / flippers” 🤣. I took a mammalogy course in uni, and we had to ID skulls. Even though we had to know technical parts/names, when it came to ID specific species we could call any part whatever we wanted as long as we ID it correctly, so for that part of the skull it became a joke in our class to just call them “eye wings” And even now I can’t remember the name clearly without looking it up. But it doesn’t matter cause now they’re just known as “eye wings” to me 😂
