0:03 She even signaled for the left winger to pass the ball in. 0:28 Burst of speed to score the header. Finally, 1:00 tapped it in effortlessly. Classy striker
Fer sure. Even though the winning team never scored a goal. Upper decks are completely empty (closed?) and the lowers are ~50% capacity. I'm sure family members and some other women players were watching on TV to boost the sweet sweet ratings and ad money.
@@jetroladale8726 Your reading comprehension really sucks. Thomas Johannson is just saying that she is the only one. The only player scoring a hat-trick on her own side. Naming her the fastest would mean that there are others who did the same but at a slower pace.
@@alphonse-josephdegbahou2906 Lol first of all english is one of the tongue i know but it's not my mother tongue. In french you can say you are the faster if you are alone on what you're talking about. You judge my reading comprehension on one joke, because yes it was a joke. Answer to a joke 1st degree make you inteligent or the contrary ? At the end of the day you are on a cyber i'm on one of my high end PC, soooo i don't even know why i'm responding to you right now . xD
Its hardly luck. Its incredible lack of talent. The first one unlucky sure, the 2nd one she isn't even moving fast yet can't put any control on the header at all and goes right at the goal - not even close to missing. This is just 0 talent. The last goal as well, its just not that fast of a ball to hit away with some control, but she simpy lacks the athleticism and talent to move quick enough or move the right way. Even the first one, as unlucky as it is, had she awareness of the pitch she'd know her teammates were in better position to handle that.
@@gibiati8295you may need to re-watch it. The second one goes off the American players head first and then hits her. Not her fault at all. Can't say the same for the third.
Yeah but normally you would think theres no point replacing her who is gonna make 2 owngoals its impossible. Ok 2 maybe is possible but 3 is never heard on history I am not gonna replace her. Oh shit , too late now ....
Agreed. The world would have never know what a striker Moore was if the coach didn't let her cook. And I mean this somewhat unironically too. This is legitimately the biggest highlight of her career, she should embrace it.
It kinda surprised me, since the commentator shouting gooooal is a common practice in south america, but not in Europe or in the USA. Nevertheless, as you said, it was quite funny
@@manuelb3525 fuck do you mean Spanish commentators are known for shouting at the top of their lungs and that’s the reason they’re the best commentators in the world. English commentators boring as hell
Imagine an Oscar-bait documentary film on this. First we see her training as child, chasing the dream. She grows up, and prepares for the big match. The match starts. We see the first own goal. Tragedy. Then when nobody expects, a second own goal. All hope seems to lost. The team is on the brink of collapse, but a great motivational speach happens. We can do this. Then she scores a freakin third own goal. The end.
The sequel... Our heroine is retired in a small town keeping her head down. Changed her name, possibly her sex, possibly alcoholic. when one day the national coach appears - 'We need you. There is nobody else we can turn to. All the other defenders in the world have died of a strange defender disease.' She/he refuses but a small child reminds her/him that he/she told them never to give up on your dream. Dry out and training montage to inspirational music. The big game... Ten minutes in the opponents (Russia probably) are on the attack and cross low and hard...
That is an extremely rare perfect hatrick. Three consecutive goals uninterrupted, all in the same half, one off the left, one off the right, and one off the head.
one with left, one with the right, and one with the face. i think she had no concept of defending: her positioning, behaviour and reactions were that of a striker.
It's actually a so-called "perfect hattrick" as well; one goal scored with the left foot, one with the right, and one with the head. Most strikers never even manage that during their careers.
Oh, you also watched the video? Congratulations!!! Without your comment I wouldn’t have been able to know what was going on! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
How is this possible?! I remember as a defender having an own goal in 8th grade and it scarred me forever, never happened in high school or college… 3 in the same game as a “pro”. What the heck!
I dont even know on what basis they get paid anything. There are so many guys much better who never got to make a dollar out of it. Last time i watched a "top" female football game was when i was around 12 years old ...maybe 13, and i thought " wtf, im better than most of them".
@@Trqize....there's also many male players who don't get paid despite the fact that they might be able to do better than some professionals. "Female athletes don't deserve to get paid" is an insane take.
She even raised her hand for the pass in the first goal, she was definitely confused about the rules, someone put that girl as striker, she is the best
This was BEFORE the infamous blue haired US player started complaining about pay gap. Funny they don’t complain about pay gap in only fans “modeling” or p-stars. But in pro sports even tho the same logic to not pay women as much, it’s nothing but complaints
@@AuRowe That reasoning doesn't make sense. There's reasons why female OF models are more sought after than male ones; none of them are particulary pro-woman. There's no reason for womens' sports to be so disregarded and ignored other than misogyny.
If the manager had any sense, they would have put that player as striker after the 1st own goal. Plus Women complain they should be paid similar to men in football. Really? 👀🤦🏾♂️
The best comment I have read so far on this. I just kept saying I hope she's okay. Thanks for showing some empathy. I wish I was on that pitch, and I could just run up and give her a great hug. No enjoys such stressful mistakes in a game. We she gets through. ❤
She quite literally made history in football with this match. I mean it. The first human in the ENTIRE history of football to have achieved such an astronomically rare feat in a professional setting. A perfect hat-trick of own goals. It's an absolute masterpiece. People will mention this event for the remainder of her existence, possibly even for the remainder of human history, and it's documented in HD! But yeah, I'm sure she'll be fine.
Well, i wouldn't. If it was just 1 owngoal, then i would. It it were 2, i would be amused. But 3 is not joke anymore, that's a disgrace. She can't be counted as a trustworthy defender, instead let her be forward XD
How about your never playing soccer again because your a garbage player. Be a mom instead of being a pretend soccer player. That’s probably what i wouldve said.
