it’s sort of randomized. the game randomly selects which scp’s spawn in a round (with the exception of 096 and 079 not spawning in the same round unless there are enough players to spawn all scp’s. more players = more scp’s). you might also wanna check out the operation guide in the main menu and then go to scp’s cause there are preference settings there but you can find that setting in game as well in the “other” tab. it doesn’t guarantee which scp you spawn as since other players have there preferences as well but it does change the chances of which scp you get. and im not sure how that works with the skeleton scp since that can only be spawned via remote admin or plugins and it doesn’t have preference settings.

well in some rare instances you can freeze a trapped scp to death but you can also use it to prevent scps from camping in front of an elevator or in rooms.

no there were two events, one with partners/nw staff and one with patreons. there was a 1 day difference between the two.
