It's just the unfortunate human psychology we were given. We're hardwired to go with a crowd, as we're social creatures. So for example a young kid or teenagers will usually copy jokes from others. Combine this with the fact RU-vid shorts is a massive community full of kids, and the jokes become insanely repetitive because of how often they're spammed.
