I successfully learned all 197 countries and plan to learn more Geography trivia. On this channel I also play Geoguessr. This is a game that uses Google Street View to drop you in a random location and you have to work out exactly where you are on the worldwide map. Geoguessr was created in 2013. 13:54 The flag (red-green-red with a hammer and sickle at the top left) belongs to Transnistria, also called Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It is a autonomous region located between Moldova and Ukraine. They declared their independence but aren't recognised as a sovereign country by any other country.

As far as I know the UK doesn't recognise Somaliland so it actually was the right country. What is a country depend on the country. Like for some countries Kosovo is a country and for others it is part of Serbia.

14:20 It placed you in a separatist region of Moldova called Transnistria. Transnistria's flag has 2 red stripes on the top and bottom, a green stripe in the middle, and a hammer and sickle in the corner. It's not recognized as a country in pretty much everywhere, but they think they're independent.

8:10 Country of africa 9:44 3 of the 2 rounds 12:23 another tricky one, basically ‘Somaliland’ want to run their own country and split from Somalia, it’s been a touchy subject from a while. Although it’s meant to be the safest and friendliest place in Africa. 13:53 that’s a cheeky one, it’s an unrecognised territory left over from the former Soviet Union called ‘Transnistria’. 15:08: if I’m not mistaken, that’s the Bolivian flag? The st Vincent and the grenadines flag is 3 vertical lines with 4 green-turquoise diamonds in a diamond shape. Not sure where that was.
