really the physics don't change as much on 2.2 I feel like he's just experiencing how much smoother the game's running on his new pc he would've had a much bigger reaction if he'd switched in 2.1 but difference between 165 and 360 in 2.2 is practically none except for the frame system on 360 you get more frames on which your clicks can register that's about it
