Playing GS Pro with the MLM2PRO - Is it a stable connection? 

Kept having glitches on the range and on airplay. The connector software is fantastic and definitely appreciated.

thanks for putting this video together, it gives me some hope. My biggest issue was that the MLM range wasn't picking up any of the shots on my tablet at all, let alone transferring it to GSPro. The lights would change on the launch monitor, but nothing would happen on the range itself to give my any numbers. I'm going to try a session this weekend and see if I get any different results. I'll test my wifi and see what the speeds are, but the odd thing is that awesome golf worked fantastic on the same tablet without a single mis-read, but the rapsodo range wasn't picking up a single shot unless I restarted the MLM software on the tablet and after a few shots it wouldn't read anymore.

Good stuff Joe. Looking forward to the MLM2 PRO app beta going public but I'm everything works fine with as it stands... I've yet to try GSPro but that's the next level up to the golf sim. Serious money when you add it all up.

Ml2pro keeps getting better . Enjoying the Protee VX bit more money but overhead camera based with good putting no ball markings needed . Gspro compatible a winner 😎

I have found my connection and application works well if you leave the MLM2PRO plugged in as opposed to using the battery. When I use the battery, the connection and applications begins to get spotty ang get worse, particularly 30-45 minutes in of use. Also, I followed your advice to have the extender, in my case mesh near the launch monitor. Since I made these two changes, connection and the app have worked really well.

Nice video! I will download that course and have a go. I have had very few issues with the GSPro connector using AirPlay and haven't updated it yet. The only thing I would love them do is to make it work better when in the Practice section of the Rapsodo App. That's just because I would love to be able to look at impact vision on my iPad after each shot playing GSPro. It's either that or hope that Rapsodo make impact vision available when using the Rapsodo Range. I don't know why they wouldn't do that actually. The connector does work when in the Practice section of the Rapsodo App except when I have it in portrait mode so I can add the iPad camera vision. It works OK when in landscape. Very weird!

I took the plunge last night and downloaded GS Pro and had nothing but issues last night. All kinds of miss reads and distance discrepancies followed with after about 10 shots it stops communicating with gs pro and I couldn’t get it to work anymore. I was using my iPhone so in order to have all my shot metrics up you have to click the arrow on the rapsodo range for them all to show and they seemed kind of small. At this point I’m going to play with it a little more today to see if I can get it to work better. If not I’m probably going to have to beg for a refund because after all the updates rapsodo has done my experience has been awesome I don’t want to go down this road again lol.

Can you tell us what Projector are you using please? Clarify it awesome. I am in the process of building the simulator and can't decide on a projector. Thanks

I wonder if you could avoid clicking the air play window each time if you moved it onto the same monitor as gspro, but behind it. Just a thought

Hi Joe, how are you sending the video output from the laptop to both the HP monitor and the projector at the same time? I assume the projector is connected directly to the HDMI port on the laptop, but what is the HP monitor plugged into?

I've been looking for an answer to the cart path numbers! It happened after the latest update to the app/mlm2. I've tried arranging the metrics in many ways and inverting/changing the colors on my phone but yet to figure it out. Seems to always be degrees (along the cart path / 2nd row) that won't read.

I’ve only recently started using the e6 connect with the mlm2 an I’m noticing that my carry distance on e6 is at least 10-15 yards shorter than if I use rapsodo’s own software… anyone else noticed this themselves?

Try on top replica to keep the airplay window always visible for the OCR to send the data to open api

Great video! I just have AirPlay open on the same screen as gs pro, have gs pro on full screen and AirPlay open in the background, and never have to hit the AirPlay screen it works great I don’t have issues with the connector What is the colliders on the tree you look at and how do you do that

I sold mine recently, the Rapsodo is a nightmare to use.

This whole setup just seems so vulnerable to errors. My Garmin connects great and is one step to gspro, I’ll stick to that until I can afford a mevo+

I just wish MLM would have GSPRO as a option without all the adapter work. I gave up trying to get it to work. I have GSPRO and have never played a round on it. Waste of cash for sure.

That’s a lot to do to make it work.

Whenever I try to open the mlm2 pro connector I get a (u need to install a app to do this task) message what am I needing or missing everything else seems fine other than that
