Playing Halo: CE On Legendary Is A Mistake... (RAGE) 

I just recently went through Halo ce on legendary and felt nicks pain...

I've done halo 2 and 3 but CE is just so hard and I've always heard 2 would be worse but heck nah imo

Halo ce: perfect balance. Almost every weapon is viable for most scenarios Halo 2: perfect rage sim even with easy headshot weapons Halo 3: toned down halo 2 where more weapons are viable.

what you said about halo 3’s multiplayer could be said the same for ce and 2’s multiplayer tbh

Halo 5 arena multiplayer is more than fair.

@@dennismakarov93 How? I'm not saying its easy or something, but as long as you have the right tools and know what awaits you, it is fairly feasible. And if you can do Halo 2 legendary... surely you can do this man!

Yes, CE plasma pistol is the ultimate swisstool. Litterally the best weapon agaisnt everything that is not a vehicule or a hunter.

@Mister Majestic yes Halo 2 tracking is really efficient but the ammount of charge of a plasma pistol in CE is insane. While you can barely kill 4 or 5 elites with a plasma pistol on Halo 4, in CE you can keep your pistol almost until the end of a level and change it to get back ammo when you need to. Also unloaded shots are stupidly powerful in CE. You don’t even have to noob combo, the plasma itself is enought to take down almost any ennemie in a short range.

I bet only the leader actually did.

Only 1.6% of people have unlocked halo ce all levels legendary.

CJ P. Halo ce is the most fair halo game, it’s not hard to believe you can beat it without dying, especially on console

Rolling Thunder it’s hard but if you slow play it I think it’s doable. Very unlikely but doable. I found Reach to be the hardest legendary campaign overall. 2 is a nightmare for stretches as well..

Oh man. Last mission on reach was pain in the butt on legendary but worth it.

Idk why but reach on legendary was pretty easy for me, but halo ce on legendary was a nightmare.

Now that was an...experience to say the least. Fun but if he had this much difficulty with vanilla CE then I would actually feel bad for putting him through it. Worst nightmare in SPV3 was the honor guard elites when playing through the first time, having no idea until they pop up and frantically throwing all my grenades. I wish SPV3 got more love from youtubers cause there is so much cool stuff in there that would be extremely enjoyable to see others play and experience it.

@@TheBoyBen Yeah the honor guards throw people off at first but for my first encounter I was reading the logs about them being bullet proof which i tested first to realize they were before killing em with energy based weapons

Doing it right now, not that hard but it takes time thats all. Plasma pistol DMR headshot combo is key.

It’s one of my favorite games but I just started trying to beat it on legendary and Jesus it is so hard I hate it. It took me nearly 2 hours to beat the first level on the ring

PILLS V5 I found Halo 2 a lot easier

Same I found h2 legendary alot easier

Jackosaurus117 I found halo 2 a lot harder, epically when the sniper jackals basically have aimbot and it’s one shot and ur dead

You just have to know jackal spawns and have a good shot

Hardil Takhar That’s the point though you shouldn’t have to memorize the entire game to beat it but you do. Actually just recently realized that’s why I have like every halo (originals) level burned into my brain because I played halo 2 on legendary as a kid and to beat it that’s what happened. To this day as I’m playing no matter how long it’s been once I step into an area I automatically just start counter-sniping without letting em fire a shot.

It's not that hard. Stop rushing in to battles. Idk if that's what you're doing, but my girlfriend always does and she wonders why she always dies. Take it slowly and think about what weapons you're using against what enemies. If you haven't beaten it yet, good luck. You can do it

@@AnthonyDoesRU-vid youre talking about the first mission on the Halo ring, right? Its been a long time since ive played so i cant give any exact tips, but the pistol is almost like a miniature sniper. Use some sort of plasma to get rid of elite's shields, and finish them off with a headshot. The assault rifle is extremely bad at taking down an enemy's shields, but it is really good at killing unshielded enemies like grunts or an elite who's shield is down. Keep your distance and strafe side to side constantly. Never sit still unless you need to, because elites and even grunts are really good at flushing you out of cover with grenades. Good luck, its challenging but its soooo fun and satisfying. Oh, and extra good luck with the Library if/when you make it there

@@cynicalgold9992 yup, that mission. I think I made it through for the most part I'm just clearing the areas of elites now with my warthog. I definitely noticed the grunts and jackals are insanely tough compared to reach. First mission I got through pretty easy by spamming grenades, except for that part where the elites come out from the doors, that's when I had to learn to adapt the noob combo. Also the needler has been helpful

@@AnthonyDoesRU-vid yep, anything that insta kills is extremely helpful. The noob combo is definitely something you wanna use, but i would try to also figure out some other good weapon combinations because the noob combo isnt always available, and its completely useless against the flood. Also, snipers are completely useless against the flood too, so dont try sniping them
