Cap the fps on rivia statistic tuner(it comes with msi afterburner) to 45 fps. That way the cpu has some room to load without stuttering too much. Also put physx to the graphics card instead of the cpu or auto so that the physx load is more on the gpu.
You are somewhat right, but this CPU did not stutter really in the are, you can see it at the 0.1% lows. :-) And the physx get handled by the GPU . :-)

@@Beisepimp drivers are upto date, no graphics card unfortunately. It's i3-8130U CPU @2.20ghz. 12gig ram and 64 but operating system and based processor
