i love the subtle parts, like another tulip on the way down the corruption chasm or the fact wof was already almost dead before it even got to the explosion trap
One of my favorite Terraria memories is starting a new game (on the DS of all things). First slime I see is a pinky. I kill it and it drops a slime staff. The chances are so minuscule it's unreal!
Finding a *third* Dirtiest Dirt Block and just refusing to acknowledge it, merely cutting to the next scene, is perhaps the most beautiful part of all.
This is very well made. I am surprised that you managed to get all of those things so quickly. It would take the luck of my Dream-s to beat any of these runs, but I guess that just comes with being so skilled.
Ya know I wasn't sure if this was gonna be an April Fools video or not, because the video title is very well within WoS' challenge runs, what with requiring something to happen that might as well not exist.
I like how it gets progressively more ridiculous. It was pretty obvious from the start, but the corruption chasm was when it really just snapped for me. Sometimes those chasms go surprisingly deep, especially if the worldgen starts it a lot above sea level, but not nearly *that*.
I wasn't expecting how... normal this video felt. The change was subtle enough to be suspicious but the complete lack of acknowledgement of it really made it feel so off, great job.
only slightly lucky. Dirtiest Blocks frequently migrate (African Swallows are partially to blame, but only two of them can carry one at a time), so that must be the phenomenon here. Also, Those buildings with boulder traps along them are a new addition. They're a quality of life feature meant to make speedrunning wof less punishing. Those were some great speedrunning strats you used, though.
Dude you should be ashamed of yourself, i got the RoD, all 7 of the dirtiest blocks, all 3 mech spawners, every single biome key, a father figure and a slime staff from a jungle mimic in the zenith seed under one septillionth of a second. smh 🤓
I remember getting the slime staff by accident at one point in my terraria playthrough. I chucked it out because I didn't know it was rare. I now regret my life choices.

For a moment I was thinking that he was playing really smart with that conch until he just dropped into the tulip. After everything else I was expecting the punchline to be that everything dropped BUT the rod of discord.

You will need to knock out the rainbow shard in ALL possible ways (that is, from all the mobs of the usual mine and skull cave, slimes in the Enchanted Forest, iridium ore (and volcanic too) and from the mysterious stone. Oh, well, from the omni geode too, of course. Will you accept this challenge?
Ok, so the video starts pretty believable, specially bc pinky slimes actually have a higher drop rate for the Slime Staff (1% or 1 in 70 on expert), then the Glow Tulip got more April Fool-y, same with the later stuff This guy lmao
Alright here's a story, I was playing calamity yesterday with some QoL mods that didn't boost any items drop rates. Death mode. 1.5. Just defeated WoF as a summoner, gone to get souls of light for the cryo key. The second chaos elemental I kill drops RoD. I think this is my life's forst ever 'shiny like' moment

Took me until you got Fledgling Wings to realize that you had luck cranked to max and had edited the world for maximum convenience. Was wondering what the point of this video was until it became obvious. I was ready to click off just because the "challenges" on display for the joke made me want to click off the video. Main example would be finding the Glow Tulip. I find a lot of them in my playthroughs so nothing special there. Maybe put more interesting things in the video even if it is a joke video.

jesus christ. i’m a terraria veteran with over 1500 hours of playtime. i just beat daytime empress of light with mech gear to see if it’s possible this morning (it took four days. i’m in agony) and it still took me Three and a half Full Minutes to realize what this video was 😭. that is so embarassing..i am never living this down. it took me untill the dirtiest block :(
I'm very excited for next april 1 for your speedrun videos. I think one way you could optimize the RoD drop is getting lucky having the hallow spawn right above where the wall dies and it conveniently having a chasm so you don't have to worry about getting lucky finding a random house with a teleport potion
Did you really think you could get away with this! Everyone knows that Fledgling wings are a secondary item in Sky Chest, so it wouldnt spawn in the first slot. Absolute Cheater!
