so yeah i actually played a game from 13 years ago im done. it was funny anyways so subscribe now 🔫🔫🔫 i made a tiktok: / nosoydarku_ follow me on twitter: / nosoydarku
I played it once, but I mainly wanted to make an MV. It took me about half an hour trying to get it right and the most I managed was for Miku to turn around herself slowly and then she went to the rooftoop
The old project diva experience gets better and better the longer you pay each game, so if you really wanna get into it maybe play every song in every game? Could be a fun stream idea
There's a different patch with more stuff translated also I forgot to mention before you leave the game you MUST save the game in the menu because there is no auto save
I first played it after playing 2nd and Extend way back in 2014, didn't stopped until I got every costume, funny seeing people playing for the first time, the franchise came a really long way, and yeah, the first one doesn't seem that bad considering it was a 2009 game for PSP lol
7:02 ME TO, I WOULD AKWAYS PICK POPIPO ON A DANCING GAME OR SMTH AND EVEN WITH MIKU I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS HERR, also when I started to know miku I gave her a separate playlist but some on my songs on my non miku playlist were vocaloid songs
in some ways I feel like this project diva is harder than the modern ones. There is much more focus on NAILING the timing than the new ones where you can be a bit sloppy with timing because the focus is more on doing different gimmics (swipes, constantly swaping symbols, holds, multi press, etc.)
I only got project diva f , f 2nd and x for the vita 2 months ago after playing future tone since last year Christmas lol got a ps tv just to play it with the ps4 controller, the only reason was because of the custom songs, then mega mix+ was released lmao with all the mods and the option to have highlighter characters or future tone graphics Anyway i would love to see you play f and f 2nd i love your videos keep up the great videos and thank you for always making me laugh
Man I bought this game in Japan the same year it came out, it was how I figured out PSPs weren’t region locked lmfao. It was a great way to learn more Japanese since you had no choice but to go balls deep with barely any English to help you out This brought me back to being 13 and feeling so excited my hyper obsession finally got a game
They both have points. I like both, I play Sekai because it’s easier for me as in timing, can’t take a PlayStation or a switch everywhere I go, but my phone? Yeah I can do that
man i bought both f and f 2nd for the ps3 off ebay or something they were really unhinged and i LOVED THEM. i was addicted. the first 5 days i had f 2nd i already had 31 hours on the game... one day i literally played for 8 hours and did pretty much nothing else that day... yeah. then my mom took my project diva games,, both of them, and i was annoyed enough that i just. downloaded a psp emulator and played project diva 2nd and was in absolute shock because it was very questionable, even for a project diva game. i remember i freaking sucked cause the buttons were so close together on mobile and i kept hitting the wrong one. then i laughed at how goofy the dance in butterfly on your right shoulder looked except for that one part lmao good times
thanks for making me feel nostalgic. I remember playing this game on an actual jailbroken PSP. It was during the final year at college when i was taking my BS Nursing. I remember Maxing out (PERFECT) on hard modes except for OFC Disappearance of Hatsune Miku. here is a list of my Fave songs from this OG Diva game: Melt Sono ichibyou Slow Motion Far Away Sakura no Ame Vocaloid in Love
this game was lagging on my phone and also packing a ps3 controller with me wasn't really portable so i ended up buying a psp. it lagged there too. the 2nd and extend have way less framerate dips on an actual psp. that one second in slowmotion was the song with the worst frame dips for me. also i never passed disappearance on hard because dpad on this game isn't used and i can't tap on a single button fast enough. it's the only project diva game that dpad isn't used in gameplay.
F is my favourite because it had custom levels made by the community 😭 I still remember playing Trick or treat and Pomp and circunstance in my ps3 when I was 13 I wish they could bring back the custom levels u.u
First game suffers frame rate issues, its more like 15fps on psp and vita, which I feel is half the reason for missing some notes, but if you got dreamy theater that fixes that. However 2nd and 2nd Extend still hold up imo
Seeing this as someone who started this series with this game, is halarious seeing someone experiencing it today XD I just miss the old games so much since so much love and fanworks have been put in. Megamix today is just the 4th port of the arcade game... SEGA where is my Miku room. WHY DID U LET THEM OUT WHYYYY. In PD F and F2nd you can even pat her... let me pat Miku again, plz SEGA. My hopes for a actual new PD is dead anyway, but ill be that one person, playing her PSP in 2022 just for this series. 💀
my first pd game and I also played on emulator on a low end netbook, I had fun, I never played anything like it before and thats how I came to like project diva games
For some reason, the gameplay on this first game felt off, Whenever you hit notes perfectly, it's counted "safe" or either "miss" instead of "great". Glad they fixed that later on 2nd and goes on.
Well, it's actually good yes. I managed to clear almost all the songs just in two days, then i will be going to clear Project DIVA 2nd & Extend finally going to clear all the Project DIVA F Songs and next then, to F 2nd coming soon.
The original Project Diva is made all the more difficult because you can't use the d-pad as well as the regular buttons, so you have to spam the heck out of whatever button the game wants you to.
This was the first project diva game I ever played when I was 11 and I personally think it is peak gaming . Also It looks like dogshit on a psp the upscale definitely helped it look less bad
