Really wish we could get a new Project Diva game with the same amount of passion and love put into F2nd rather than soulless cash grabs of Future Tone ports. The F era was truly the peak of Project Diva
What I love about the F2nd is that they really worked on everything, from special events to even the expressions and fingers of the singers. You can see that even for the MVs that they get from others games of the series they'd put something different. Also, in this games the characters look right were they'd supposed to lol
I think the F series was the best of Project Diva... that's where a lot of the most iconic MVs came from (F2nd's Romeo and Cinderella stage is up there as the best with Mirai's) and it makes me miss MVs with original modules because these days all Sega does is release the song with the og mv and im :/
The NOSTALGIA. I think the arcade version for PS4 is the actual best cuz it basically is a compilation of every song released in the series so far. But i think the F series does the best when it comes to graphics. The lighting is realistic and the Toon shading exists, but isn’t too in your face. I don’t have my PS3 cords anymore so I can’t exactly play it again :(
I love this game, the old songs with a new pv, redesigned stages and many more on successful events. If you flick the big star with one stick, the pv changes and you can hear some sound effects, but with two sticks it shows the normal pv it's a fresh air on the old songs
F 2nd is the best because of the chance time changes mega mix doesn’t really have that well they do but the chance time either is gone or it doesn’t work to the mv
My brother gave me his PS3 back in December. I had always wanted to play a PD game but I didn't have a console to play one with (besides my 3DS which I have Mirai DX on). So I got this last week! I already love it a lot, I was a bit overwhelmed by the difficulty and all the things you could do, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly! I'm already playing on hard mode and I have most of the modules, I'm addicted :'D
(Fans when they try to update megamix plus with all their mods. ) F and F2 is better in the custom songs realm in my opinion because edit mode is part of the game and you don't have to go out of your way to mod it ( *or deal with denuvo* )
Okay so i dont know if anyone pointed it out But on the bigass star that gives a lot of points you can only flick with one of the joysticks If you flick with both you will get the points but the pv wont change (idk why it is like that)
And to think PDX was part of this era of DIVA, released to mixed opinions, being the last original game with most of its song roster never making it to Future Tone or MM+ I miss the 2010s
I joined the vocaloid fandom pretty late and I never owned a ps3 but I really wanted this game so much. I then bought a ps3 last year and it‘s is great but I‘m kinda sad that I‘m one of the like 1000 people that still play on ps3 :(

I m on an ad which I won't be skipping, but yes bc it has classic songs, the graphic effect *chef kiss* the modules, the special endings, how it aint trying to be and anime style game and not what it aint (some hyper realistic bs which dont even make sense bc her eyes are anime and she dont got no lips)
omg I hate being that person I hope I didn't miss anything in the video or if I'm being stupid but Darku please don't use both analog sticks to flick the big stars, you're missing the chance time success event! xd (it changes the pv if you get it, but if you use both sticks it doesn't change)
Cool. I've been playing the steam one. I'm going backwards i guess i started with Project Sekai. Diva fans hate Sekai and i can see why. But it has it's own good points too.
F2 and F are the best in the sense you dont need to annoyingly mod them to create your own songs with edit mode, and compared to extend or dream theatre it looks much better. The PVs may not be the greatest quality compared to the modding stuff, but compared to trying to mod your ps4 or switch or compared to pc mods and having to deal with *DENUVO AND TRYING TO UPDATE YOUR GAME WITH ALL YOUR MODS ON IT* it's much better.
F2nd is alright but the other games, excluding the psp ones, are better. Both f and f2nd have a bad song list imo so it's not very enjoyable. I usually only play two faced lovers over and over again
Because literally project diva f2nd is The best project diva (ends of 2023) i bought it in june 2023 and i will bought it on ps3 (bought a brand new ps vita and the japanese game) Since the edit plays , pvs and never getting lag its the best thing
