If you do ship out your PS5 make sure you only send the system only. No disc, no cables, no base stands, and no controllers. ONLY SYSTEM!
Time Frame:
After you call Playstation should take about 3 business days for them to ship you the Brown Box.
Package your PS5 inside the brown box by following the instructions. Make sure you put in the receipt of the PS5 purchase.
After you take it to Fed Ex shipping Center should take about 10-15 business days for your fixed PS5.
