PS1 is iconic bro. That startup will always give me nostalgia of the 90s. Better times. I remember being a kid and being mesmerized when I turned on my first PS1 this came on the screen lol
@@georgechan8330 i remember rubbing toothpaste on an old Brave Fencer Musashi CD scratched beyond repair and it actually worked. I think I found the idea on the internet lol. It was just a coincidence of course but the nostalgia of desperately trying ANYTHING to get a game to work brings back so many memories lol.
@@月寧-j6h Yep! I was a PS3 kid growing up, I remember I would come from school and almost every day I would be playing my PS3. So this brings back memories. And in school, whenever I walked by the orchestra room and they were warming up, it had the exact same sound and that's all I could think was "PS3!"
I've never been so calm during an axiety attack in my entire life Edit: Thank you everyone for all the kind words, you have no idea how much they mean to me, stay safe!
0:29 omg, this one is the best one Edit:how do I get this so many likes, like this is just a note to hear this everytime, but seriously thank you for this many likes
Ps1. Wow. That brings back alot of memories. Just me and my cousin, sitting on the hard floor playing mortal kombat or me just chillin by myself grinding on metal of honor. Man I wish i could go back
Where virtuosity and game geekery converge. The PS1 intro is my favorite. The low bass rendition was uncanny, sweetened by the whimsical-almost-ethereal female accompaniments. Also there's some subtle yet sublime reminiscence of SNES' Super Mario World at 0:09 and marks 0:38, 0:42 through 0:48 and towards the end.
As someone who has every single Playstation console, Ps1 still takes it in my opinion as the most iconic console startup. The Ps3 is probably the best though, I'll give you that. It sounds very futuristic, even today. Gamecube is probably my 3rd favorite startup, followed by the Ps2. Ps4 and Ps5 aren't anything special though, IMO. I'm sure kids who grow up on it will remember it fondly in 20 years.

Really, whatever these 5 do acapella, it sounds so good. Every voice is so right and everytime goosebumps whatever they do. What a internet gem is Maytree! Please, never break up, stay together and shower us with your voices!
It's crazy, it shows so much of what was the state of mind of the different composers, and even the logic behind chosing these chords and progressions. And so well covered a capella !
Never forgot to PS1 Intro when showing Licensed By SCEA/E screen. that was so fascinating time laser problem and disk screeching. ah child memories. so sweet
Idk if all of you have seen this, but the hair of the girl holding the tablet is blue; The necklace of the other girl is blue; The ties are blue too; Even the t-shirt is blue lol. Basically an allusion to PlayStation. Nice touch!🤭
