She was begging you for help. She knew she couldn't do it on her own. She chose you to help her babies, and she trusted you. You are good people to help this cat and her family. Poor dedicated Mom! She deserves all the help she can be given. I think cats are evolving, becoming closer to humans and vice-vera. This seems a very positive thing. They've much to teach and give which we know to return in-kind and do.

I suggest for the cat name : mama cat : Lee // and for the kittens female : Ava, Joy, Cherri with a i and not a y . Male kittens : Milka, fang, claws ( that was a mixte name )

Please move them inside in an air conditioned place. Give them food and water, clean them when they are stable, give them a clean litter box, and find fur-ever homes for all of them. Thank you for any help you can give them.

oh dear, no more stress to the mama, please! Cats hate/detest being sprayed with water..they'll always run away! She was overheated as you said by the heat and stress of her wee little sick baby. When cats are overheated, spray the cool water on your hand and smooth it gently and quickly over the cat's fur repeatedly to cool a cat, but do not soak or drench the cat's fur. thanks for helping them.
