PLEASE, Don't Unleash Human Battleships Into This War! 

Yep, huge plot hole... also, the entire galaxy is supposedly terrified of Human battleships.... just imagine how many battleships you would need to make the entire galaxy terrified? It would not be F-ing three. The only way to salvage the story from this plot hole is if Earth gov secretly knew about the crax, and sacrificed Earth and the main characters fleet in order to launch a massive surprise strike against the Crax home system while this was going on..... but the story does not even allow this to work really since neither the main character or the Crax are concerned about the whereabouts of Earths main fleets.... not even commenting on the huge amount of destroyed ships and debris that should be around Earth, OR how so many Earth ships got destroyed in the same amount of time it took for the main Characters fleet to have its skirmish and return to Earth.... even if the Crax magically had perfect timing to strike Earth the second the main characters fleet headed off, it is a staggering stretch that no other human ships were still fighting when the main characters fleet returned given the short amount of time that has transpired. The story is quite good but these plot holes destroy it, quite comprehensively.

@@mystikmind2005 Gee where was the American fleet at Pearl Harbor? There are many reasons that the fleet could not stop these adversaries. They did not say that the fleet has already been destroyed waiting in a low state of preparedness and with a minimal crew on station when the crinn appeared many ships were unable to fully raise their defenses and even if they had the onslaught would have overwhelmed them in minutes. Sorry, the good guys dont win every time and just like Pearl Harbor our adversaries have their own point of view, that their self preservation comes at a cost of our destruction, the crushing of our military might. We assumed ourselves to be too big to have imagined that any foe would dare a direct assault and that hubris was our very defeat then and in this story. Lesson complete.

@@9999plato So you think you make a good point do you? It certainly 'sounds' like a good point.... until you take it in context with certain aspects of the story, such as this "I will take a battle group, not a full deployment, A SMALL FORCE, to assess the threat." Plus the other points i have made, plus the military command has been warned these Aliens know about Terrans and were alarmed by that fact, so there is going to be an alert going out. Taking all this into account your point swings from reasonable to just sad and embarrassing for you.

Nevertheless a general alert went out that an attack could be imminent, but it was not effectively heeded... needless to say that is a very famous mistake that no modern military of the world today or into the distant future, will be repeating.

Well apparently NO, because Humans can build weapons to create black holes, but have NO planetary defense or Home Guard because Why would you include a HUMAN tactic that has existed since humans started having wars... THIS IS SUCKY WRITING

Showers of sparks from consoles and pure bolts of energy tore through their hulls like paper seem to be reoccurring themes.

a lot of these are just ripoffs of human written stories, feed a few details from a story that did well into ai to generate a trash knockoff and post it to make a few bucks. paying someone with any talent to look over the story before it gets posted would probably cost more then the youtube revenue would be.

@@DK-pb7tr it less then most bigger powers have now and this is not we are new to the stars and cant real build them and 100 clear was not all they needed if 1 fleet leave left earth with near nothing to cover it.

That's all we need field sense they are so powerfull just like how right now we haven't fielded the F22 in battle we don't need to,see i like the story's cuase h8mens are not the well mean8ng dults that they are in almost every other Sci Fi. Seems more realistic to me.. I am interested if they where made by AI though, I all good with AI story's and Art but do worry that in a generation or so are creativity will be a memory just like how no one remembers their phone number and other stuff, who needs to mener8ze things when you can look it up 24,7.

​@ncox001 not really. It told two different versions completely. This seems a common problem with these stories. A tiny bit of proof reading and editing would go a long way to helping these stories.

I agree 💯. Too many poorly edited AI stories. I am getting to the point I don't even want to listen until I have read the comments to see if it is worth the time

@GeorgeOrwell-yz6zx The problem with reading the comments first is there are a LOT of people that are just fine with these stories even as bad as they are and give good comments on them. I'll try listening to them, and if they turn out to be bad, I'll let people know that, at least. Most times, I'll let people know what's wrong so they can choose for themselves.
