A family in our community lost two children to a house fire in 2022, and it could have been prevented if firefighters could have gotten there faster. Cascade Way is the main access for our off-grid community of 250 families, and it is a primitive dirt road unmaintained by Crook County in Central Oregon. Only volunteers in our community do what we can with very limited resources to maintain the road that has been plagued with potholes, which makes it almost impassable for large vehicles like fire trucks. We’re asking for your help to improve the road so emergency services can get to us faster to prevent another tragedy. Any donation is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your support!

Juniper Acers is a tough spot. I’m in Bend and trying to find property in the Prineville or Powell Butte area as we like it out there. Anyhow, good job on your solar setup. Looks well planned.

Saw your video on the solar tracker and comments on the bifacial panels, but it does not allow comments. I just bought 2 of those panels. I, too, am seeing less than rated power from them. I've learned a lot about them. Some manufacturers rate their bifacial panels based on the front value only. Eco-worthy does not do that. They rate their panels based on the max front and back capture apparently. So, 195 watts would only be under bright sun, reflecting off of a bright blanket of snow. Best I can tell is they are 150 watt front panels and about 30% boost from the back under ideal conditions. I'm less than thrilled with them and just bought a couple of Renogy 200 watt panels to replace them.

commenting on this video since you have comments turned off on it for some reason. I wanted to tell you the REASON you put the E/W linear actuator on the east side and not like you have done. The reason is that Linear actuators are not nearly as strong in TENSION. They are not really designed to PULL, but instead PUSH. Also it is advised to have the motors a the top to avoid water ingress. If water gets in and freezes then your actuator is toast. Inverted no water can get in. Anyway, hope this helps you out. PS, why didn't you add your little panel to the tracker?
