Great isea. But don't 'dis' the Mennonite cimmunuties and call them an Amish sect. They have lived there iff the grid for over 90 years and done a lot fir the indigenous Guarani people: hospitals, schools, housing, jobs. What has this Austrian done? Nothing, just self-serving.
PAY ATTENTION: Freedom not the case when the gubermint is forcing a YF needle. YF is a musket borne parasite not a walrus, thus the needle is ineffective if not toxic. I have the research paper with the original finding. I have to use code words else Google censors the comment!
When the first lockdown came in Germany I said to myself OK, I understood what was happening and what will happen. I didn't want to have to see all that. I just sold my house and came here. Here I don't notice any of the growing madness and I live among great people who also see it that way and I am very grateful for it. Many greetings from there.
We have been living here since October 2020 and are very happy and happy to have this opportunity. It is a very safe place with beautiful nature and over 300 days of sunshine a year.
hello. I am Paraguayan, I am happy that you are in my country enjoying everything it can offer you, we always receive and will receive people who want to invest and do good for their community and others! This country is beautiful and I love it! welcome!🤗
I’m from Paraguay and I’ve never heard of this place! I’m so happy that there is a community that is all organic and without poisons, I’ve always dreamed of something like that. And yes it’s true, I’m one of those paraguayans that loves his freedom. Also, how crazy it is that they have schools where they teach children things like growing food and building homes. This makes me so happy and proud.
My father grew up in Paraguay. I’m born in Brasil but I remember vividly the visits we made to my grandparents. Heart warming, I’m crying my eyes out. I live in Belgium and Miss home so much.
A place for rich people to live simpler. I see no apartment buildings for more efficient use of land and resources for example, only oversized expensive mansions. Also sounds like for example the food still costs money for the residence, they just get to buy first. Seems like a OK place overall, but has issues.
Creating this community to reverse the life styles of most who live in a western society can bring a secure peaceful way to live…a wonderful visionary project..thankyou for sharing..❤
I have been living in Caazapa, Paraguay for 3 years now and it is a dream for business owners. Paraguay is good ground for the self-employed. There are few regulations and the taxes are the best I have encountered in the world. I never want to work or live anywhere else again. Such warm people. Here you are never alone if you are good to your neighbors.
Erwin Lover. Thats not the truth. Most People lost everything. You can only work, if you have enough costumers from Europe. And today you have many Competition. I know you. Thell them, what you get in EPV. 😂
I bought it and I have to say that it is a very balanced price and not expensive at all. I am pleased to be able to be part of this globally unique project with a lot of future prospects.
I love this place to live in a basic house of 3 bed and 2 bath. Property. I did not know this place existed in Paraguay. I like this owner/developer and his wife. Thank you so much for sharing. If I needed to flee I would definitely want to go here.
BRILLIANT - Teach children and adults to grow food, FANTASTIC. LOVE the circular layout of the Community, the Organic food growing, and the building methods and techniques. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
brilliant how they sell a dream for big money fantastic to see how exclusive the "club, aka community" is Teaching kids how to grow food...amazing free labor...win win right.?
@@lolitabonita08 I'm not sure where you live but this is not Big Money. I don't know of anywhere in the US where you can have a house like that for $125,000. Just to have clean air, water and food is worth it all to me. Our health is more important than anything at least to me and it is being destroyed by all the chemicals in the air, water and food here in the US.
darling I can give u a couple of countries that u can get that for that price but do not need to sell your rights to the person behind the business...hey some people love to be sheeps and others like to eat the sheeps...I live in usa, texas, and u can find descent land a couple of acres in North or South Caroline and even other Souther estates...in regards to clean air...look up honey...see all the lines about your head...those are chemicals sprayed day and night all over the world. and those chemicals end up in the water, the soil, the food we grow....@@pamelasprings6723
well darling...keep dreaming...u just sold your soul to a buss guy and u do not have any saying on the decisions that he and his wife or partners will make in the future...so if i was u i will learn and prepare just in case one day he decides to pack and move and all the equipment taken away...so pretty much u will be left with a house and no infrastructure... and in regards where to find cheap land in here (usa) Carolinas, south estates still have very good deals that is if you are white and do not mind the heat. In regards to clean water and air and food...wake up...look up...do u see all those lines in the sky...those are chemtrails and they are spraying us day and night (yes nights too) with all sort of chemicals so honey do not be fool that u have all that clean food, water and air because that is not the case. Find a very good water filter, grow ur food in a green house and try not to breath (joke)..good luck.@@pamelasprings6723
The best here in this Paradies is that we have no problems with criminality. Nothing are stolen. We have enough organic food, no piosons from the sky or in the air and heartly peoples they live here!
By looking at the clouds in the sky they do look interfered with (what is unavoidable nowadays) and probably are carrying toxins but I admire and love that the community does not add any poisons to the land, air and water otherwise. Love, love, love this project ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@margitp8913 I noticed that too.. but then the gardens have the coverage to keep them from being burned by the sun, in case of a hail storm, or, yes, even chemtrails.
investigate how the earth works. the winds from japan blow to canada. all radiation from fukoshima did end to canada, it travelled the whole world around. water and air goes AROUND the world. nothing can stop that. Just look at the plastic waste that flood on the oceans. Same as climate change, humans have NOTHING tot do with it. its the earth and solarsystem.
I have already secured my property. It is the most unique overall concept with free lifestyles that everyone has always dreamed of. And it is breathtakingly beautiful. Just the view from the bird's eye view and the view from the terrace into the endless expanse. You feel the freedom not only in nature, no, also in the free construction without building permits, the specially grown, pollutant-free fruit and vegetables, watered from a clean, on-site deep well. Just fantastic. Great support in every matter. They care about you. It's all so easy. Indescribable feeling❤
I see a comment that this is a global community project? Does this mean masses of expats will move in and drive prices costs living up? I'm interested in finding out more but I wanna run when I hear words like global or equity equality inclusion 🤡
The first thing that struck me watching this video is there are no trees!! Why not? Is the soil so bad that it can’t support trees?? Or do people there hate trees? The absence of trees is the only thing I don’t like. I feel like it’s a deal breaker for me.
Like any country/community you should always do your due diligence before you commit. You need to ask people in other online forums about this option - there are many other opinions out there about places to live in PY. Also if you need your residency application done you need to shop around too - many people are being charged double what they should be.
My wife is from Argentina and her dad is from Paraguay. Paraguayans have always been so warm and friendly to me and my wife. I’m really looking forward to visiting soon! We are currently starting a homestead in Patagonia.
@@alinekalafatis8311we have a 10 year old we homeschool and are looking for a place with other families. Where is Patagonia? Do you know more about this?
Seems like a dream in paradise, it’s all very beautiful. The tropical environment is very appealing to me, to grow your own food continuously year around, that’s being in control of one’s own food supply....beautiful!
This what I call life, and this is life. Thank you to the wonderingInvestor. I hope one day I will have at least the opportunity to visit this wonderful place. Hats off to that hardworking and intelligent Doctor Annau and his wife.
I don't want to spoil anyones dream of a better life, however, this place is a richmans playground, one does not buy a million dollar 3-D printer unless one is very rich and has the intent to make many more millions with it. The middle class are the cash cows that keep this place running and I have the feeling the doctor is not being totally truthful. A gaited and 24 hour armed security force, which appears to be manned by locals is another hint, as well as the new airport and landing strip for private jets is another big tell. This place is not what it appears.
Yep something ain't on the level. Plus any Closed off Community of expats are the first places to be ravaged when in a Post WW3 environment. Local Security just disappears and real locals move in with or without nvites
Awesome video, well done. You managed to present our community in great detail for it being just an one hour video. We've been living here for over a year now and are super happy. Never before have I met so many kind, intelligent, open and freedom loving people in one spot.
@@21stCenturyEconomy Very positive. We brought a lot of business to Cazaapá. There are new stores opening all the time and existing ones are beeing modernized. And in general, Paraguayans are very friendly and open towards foreigners.
@@21stCenturyEconomy , if you find this thing interesting and you're serious, go there and check it out, but don't invest in the first couple of years. Talk to local people yourself and everything will become very clear. After that you won't find it hard to decide whether to go there and invest or not.
@@21stCenturyEconomy what they won't tell you is that they need 24 hour security because the Paraguay way is to steal anything they can from their neighbours. The security they have on their homes here is like what you see in south africa. The Py are not violent, but it is in their nature to take what they want. Even if they don't need it, they take it. The IQ is super low. They don't think about how the stealing will affect their relations with you. If you have property here, someone always must be home because they wait for you to leave before kicking in your door or smashing a window to gain access.
12:37 “the children learn how to grow things. Build a house. Make a chair” Wow at last. Someone Who wants to create rounded human being rather than wage slaves…. Well dobe
Safety becomes a Very important factor… I love that my girlfriend is safe in Portugal. Even in the cities, and after dark… Many of the doctor’s observations about peace and “cleanliness” ….apply to Portugal in a similar way to Paraguay. I admire their lifestyle.. well done to everyone involved
"Portugal is generally considered quite safe compared to countries like Spain, France, the USA, and Germany, as well as many other European countries. However, it's worth noting that the cost of buying a house here can be quite high. For instance, if you're looking for a property along the coast, you should expect to budget more than 500,000 euros and that does not include the Algarve.
I'm fascinated with the idea of moving to Paraguay. Thank you for this informative video. Whether or not we choose this community, I hope it prospers and continues to provide such a wonderful opportunity for people to live well in a safe community.
That's what most people don't want anymore. They long for nature, peace and a free, healthy lifestyle. Many people can no longer bear the stress of the city, so they are far away from the capital and close to smaller towns like Caazapa or Villarica
This is one of the gratest videos about our community out there. Thank you so much for that work! My wife and I with our two kids living in this community since four years now. You visited our neigbors in the house and garden, very nice. This one hour ended fast, so interesting it was to see our community.
@@rafaelw8115 because these Europeans feel discriminated against they left their homeland in order to find freedom. Why are you labeling them as apartheidists? What is your problem?
To be really 'Off grid', you need your own water supply, your own electricity supply from renewable resources and plenty of land to grow food, then it doesn't really matter what happens out there, except you may lose the internet!@@vinlago
What a brilliant settlement project - people with a big heart. And how beautiful nature is. I have seen the world and I must say: Especially for families with children, perhaps the best place in the whole world.
When he said free Ideas, disagree without being at odd and not religious community, free to have ones own belief. Best of all organic food. That is my utopia. Thank you for showing us that this is possible.
Wonderful!!! 5 D vibration, new age, spiritual growth, nice people, God people. The best, this is the Golden Era. This is just wonderful. I wish I could be there. Regards, from Puerto Rico, Enchantment Island.
Thanks for the nice video. I have lived here for almost 3 years. A community that needs and wants to learn again what community means in the exact sense. Everything is a development process for each of us here. And with the many free spirits here it’s also fun - back to the roots!
@@Jens-zy7gj If they do not name the community then my obvious question is why? What are they hiding from? Of all the videos I have watched they ALLWAYS give their name and their direct web link. Peace.
It is not expensive - but wonderful! Of course, the construction costs also include the costs for the entire infrastructure. This includes electricity, internet, water, communal areas, swimming lakes, dams, over 100 km of roads, café, library, kitchen, bakery, security guards (A must in Paraguay) and much more. You can't compare this to any settlement project in the world or even in South America. When you include everything, it becomes clear that it is not expensive. The jungle and the inexhaustible nature is wonderful! But the best thing is the heart-connected community. ❤
Very expensive homes for location and very little land on those lots to make it independent, off grid living. Brand new houses in Texas, USA are cheaper than in Paraguay.
I am interested and will inquire more about it. I am from Vienna, Austria, living in France, where the situation is becoming really bad like I think almost everywhere in Europe with some few exceptions. Great idea I really like it!!! BRAVO !!! 🙏🙏❤️❤️👍👍
@@tamarahimmelstrand8985 black immigrants and Muslims are taking over the country and imposing their ways instead of assimilating and or adapting to the countries culture and rules. And when or if you call them out, they’ll yell “racism!” And they’ll manifest by breaking everything because after all it’s not their own private property they are breaking and they don’t pay taxes because more times than not they live of the country where they moved in, demanding subsidies and government help for everything. Now people that are original to the country feel no connection to their own country. Go for a walk, it’s all immigrants, it’s trash on the streets. The other problem is the “woke” and the “lgbt” pushing their ways on the general population. And worst yet, the children are exposed to it all.

I´ve been working in paraguay for more than 10 years. Here is my take, for those who are thinking about living here: Pros: Lots of nature, vast amount of land at a reasonable price (depending on the region), somewhat affordable (depending on the region), guns for self defence are accessible, somewhat stable political and economical environment (compared to the old 1980´s). Cons: Risk of violence (depending on the region you have drug trafficking, epp militia groups, regular perps), lack of modern infrastructure (if you are coming from a developed country), generalized corruption (all levels of government), cultural idiosyncracies (I cannot stand some of their cultural habits). Summarizing, I think it is a good idea if you are retired, with some money reserved (dollar and euro goes a long way here), and you are looking for isolation in a rural land (preferably in one of the mennonite settlements). If you are looking to open a factory or bring an innovative business here, there is room for growth but it has to be with brazil and argentina in mind. Paraguay has a relatively small population that are mostly low income, so selling anything to them needs to be low cost/big margin/credit system.
This is a realy true video about our life here. 2 important things I missed: 1. We have a wonderful outdoor cafe where you find every day nice people for a talk if you wanted to meet someone. All people are heartly to you and open for your opinion. 2. And the second highlight is the garden with the name "Casa del Sol" We created in 3 years a park with fruittrees, trees for shadow, flowers and other surprises. There is a lake for swimming without fishes, walking through some little surprises of arts, and sitting places. There you can reed books from our library or easyly take an outtime or walk without shoes through the gras.. You are invited to discover!
@ 15:09 he talks about the Guarany Aquifer, which is the second largest in the world. Most of its water is in Brazil (62%) then Argentina, Paraguay and the smallest area is in Uruguay. Check "Guarany Aquifer¨ in Wikipedia, quite interesting.
Thank you and congratulations on this nice and informative film about this wonderful place in Paraguay. I have been living here with my family for over a year and I enjoy every single day.
I wonder what language is used in school, but I guess it is Spanish. I had hoped for English. Of the 5 languages I learned, Spanish is not one of them. My children and grand children live in Sweden, they speak English as a foreign language. I am in the US now. This is an ideal place to be, in this community in Paraguay, when the US&Europe collapse soon.
Looks amazing! I would might consider doing something like this but I would want to own the land myself. Also it's hot and muggy 6 months of the year in almost all Paraguay which I can't deal with. But I'm very happy for those that are able to live there and enjoy the climate and very clean environment.
My first thought was these people are probably racist. As I continued to listen...I'm like this is sensible and not radical at all...then when he said they paused on their school project until they could figure out if Paraguay was aware that they are only 2 genders...I fell in love with this man. Great project I totally understand the reason to isolate and get away from all the crazies.❤
"rAcISt." Is that all you got? People are moving to places like this because they want to get away from toxic people like you who have to inject their woke BS into everything. I am almost certain that you thought they are racist because of the color of their skin. So who is the racist now? Perhaps you should go look up which race commits the most hate crimes in the US.
Ok so this "intentional community " does not allow diversity nor teach that there are diverse people everywhere in the World.....So if you are White, semi wealthy and homophobic....Welcome Paraiso Verde! 😂
Beautiful!! 👍 I wish people all around the world start thinking like this so we can develop our own Safe&Healthy and FREE places to LIVE in!!! People rise up and start building your own FUTURE, now in your own Countries!!
As a new community I think it sounds incredible! And the actually teach kids important skills, wow! Amazing! I hope they can sustain it financially. Love the founder’s point about horses NOT liking life in the stables. They want to be free! How can they afford SIX vets? A big ? For me is about the climate. Subtropical is HOT.
It was an informative video offering some good basics about this community. Question: where are the trees?? Both the arial views of the circular property and the lots with newly built houses show almost 0 trees!!

In 1893, a few hundred Australian people migrated to Paraguay, in the hope of establishing a utopian socialist community. Many more followed, and called themselves The New Australia movement. It seems that people have always wanted to leave the Western world, and obviously still do. Just to let you know, the New Australia Movement didn’t work out too well. Lots of infighting, and financial issues, and it all eventually disbanded. Some of the descendants of these early migrants are still there, and have an Australian accent (well, from 1893)
Same happened to a community of Boers from the Republics of the Transvaal (ZAR) and Orange Free State who refused to live under the British Empire in 1902, following the Empire's Gold War.
This community has positioned itself correctly and sells CO2 certificates because nature there provides enough oxygen to regenerate the CO2 value and at the same time emphasizes that the air there is clean.
