I am in Delhi ncr and feel the same way. Whenever I go to pick my kid from school, I try to get back at my home Asap because there's so much Chaos outside and people have no civic sense. It increases my stress and anxiety whenever I leave my house. Same situation is in kids parks and roads while driving.

When I go outside literally I get in a fight with people who don't follow rules, throw garbage from the car, smoke in the car . Sometimes I feel why I am the only one who gets bothered ,why everyone tolerates If everyone speaks up definitely 0.5% people will change

I'm happy to say that my school had inculcated these values in me. It's a school run by Anglo Indians and cleanliness and civic values are taught everyday.
