Ryu, you weren't suppose to skip that cutscene. You missed how Tifa got injured and Cloud blacking out. That wasn't part of the nibelheim demo, unless it was in the juno demo which I didn't play

The segment at the beginning with Zack actually seems to imply the existence of a third Cloud. There's the one that escaped Midgar with everyone else, the one Zack carried into Midgar and left with Kyrie, and the news report Zack was watching also mentioned a member of Avalance they were still looking for, an EX-Soldier with a buster sword in the timeline/AU where they didn't escape.

When you rest, you ALWAYS check the item store, as there's always discounts on something. Also, you can't beat the summons at full power, you have to find at least one of the crystals.

The game is phenomenal. It's open world is like Elden Ring, filled with points of interest. Congrats on 100k as well Ryu.

I missed the Tifa/Barrett dialogue first playthrough in Kalm lol. I got too overly excited to hit open world lol. That's whats fun about FF7 every new playthrough you always find something new.

Actually at 17:41 that wasn’t in the demo. The demo ended before this. It’s the cut scene where he slices Tifa and retrieves jenova. Oh well

Welp, this channel is called Ryu's Sh-Longs for a reason. We want to see every second of your playthrough and you need to 100% everything. We are here for the ride and you must savor every moment this game offers, cuz you missed a chance to talk to Red 13 in town and level up Queen blood by playing the other 2 ppl.

Sup! I didn’t watch the entire video because I had to go out somewhere, but in case you didn’t know, the reason Ned kept passing is because you had stolen all of his spots to play. If you go back and look, you will see that there were no Red tiles for him to play because you stole them all with your other cards placement. You played that very well. It took me 3 tries to beat Ned lol.

I'm wondering if Ryu ever used any asses type magic in any other Final Fantasy game. If he did, he wouldn't have been so confused about the type of information it would give him, such as weaknesses and resistances. Don't get me wrong, I like watching him play, but I'm kinda confused by his lack of understanding of the basics.

I was disappointed that nothing if you grinded in remake like Gil, level, weapons, items, materia, accessories… NOTHING carried over to this part. I’m sorry it should have if it could in the OG from 1997 don’t tell me it couldn’t in 2024. I did all that on ps5 version with intermission. I had like 27,000,000 Gil for crying out loud. 8 of ever element summons mastered … and it’s all for nothing! I hate you Square!
