I can’t thank you enough for this transmission! I’ve also struggled with digestion for years thinking I had to have protein/carbs/fats/veggies at every meal, 3-4 time a day! Blaming myself for a ‘slow metabolism’. Started eating intuitively and mindfully a few months ago, and I feel great. Now I know and trust my body was trying to tell me something. ❤
