What would be nice is the ability to have two subtitles at once; that way you could see (for example) the German Subs for German audio and the English underneath it - that'd both help with understanding the words you're hearing and learning the language.

Having something similar built into plex (both transcribing and/or translating existing subtitles) would really be a great Plex pass feature! For translation: It would be great if Plex managed running the models locally, but a tie in to ChatGPT/Ollama would be workable as well.

Don't you need to "refresh" (scan) the library again to pickup the new subtitles?

to bad this is not in the program. i have way to many files to do this one at a time. so unfortunately this is a useless feature that is not even a plex feature.
